    Muscat: 15 expats have been arrested for violating provisions of the Labour law from the Wilayat of Dhofar Governorate.

    In a statement Ministry of Labour said: “The Ministry of Labour, represented by the Office of the Joint Inspection Team in the General Directorate of Labor in Dhofar Governorate, in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police and the Ministry of Social Development an inspection campaign was conducted against street vendors and beggars practiced by the non-Omani workforce in the governorate 15 workers were arrested in violating the provisions and legal measures are being taken against them.”
