    • 17 Sanad Service Centers fined in Oman for not employing nationals

    Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP) has detected a number of violations of the regulatory regulations in some centers, including failure to employ national workers and providing services not included in the system. The necessary measures have been taken in this regard.

     17 Sanad Services Centers were fined, and 4 other centers were suspended for not committing to employing the national workforce, and providing services not included in the approved system.

    The Ministry stressed the importance of cooperation and full compliance with the provisions of the regulatory regulations for Sanad Services Centers No. (244/2022), in order to avoid taking any legal measures against violators.
