    • 22 people injured in bus accident in Muscat

    Muscat: More than 20 people were injured in a bus accident in the Wilayat of Seeb on Monday night, the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) said.

    In a statement issued online by CDAA said: “The rescue and ambulance teams of the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Muscat Governorate dealt with a report that a bus with 25 passengers met with an accident in the Wilayat of Seeb. The accident resulted in the injury to 22 people. The injuries ranged between severe and moderate.”

    The authority added that emergency medical care was provided to the injured and they were taken to the hospital for treatment.
