2nd phase of Manjam Labs to Streamline Government Service Procedures Launched

Muscat: The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, in cooperation with Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, today launched the 2nd phase of Manjam Labs which aims to streamline government service procedures.

The second phase, held at Oman Institute for Oil and Gas, targets streamlining 120 government services. As many as 10 government establishments are taking part, distributed among 5 work labs.

The targeted establishments in the second phase comprise the following: Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, the Public Authority for Social Insurance, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, the Public Prosecution, the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, the Environment Authority, the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and the Supreme Judiciary Council.
