

Muscat: The Ministry of Interior announced today the final lists of voters to elect members of the Shura Council for the tenth term, through the “Intikhab” application and the elections website elections.om, where their number reached (753,690) voters, including (362,844) women voters.
The registration rate of new voters through the Entekhab application was 91%, compared to 9% on the election website. North Al Sharqiyah Governorate had the highest registration transfer requests, as their number reached 3,512 requests.
The state of Sinaw was the highest state in registration transfers, and the age group ( Ages 31-40) are the highest registered in the electoral register, with their number reaching 179,487 male and female voters. Sunday, October 22, 2023, has been set as the voting date for voters outside the Sultanate of Oman, and Sunday, the 29th of the same month, has been set as the date for voters inside the Sultanate of Oman to vote.
