Muscat: Nine expatriates workers were arrested with three fishing boats seized for violating the marine fishing law in Al Sharqiyah South Governorates, according to the Minister of Agricutur
In a statement D.G.South Sharqiya Fisheries said: The fish control team in the Al Sharqiyah South Governorate, in cooperation with the Royal Oman Police represented by the Coast Guard Police, managed to seize three fishing boats carrying 9 expatriate workers engaged in fishing without a license in the sea of the Wilayat of Masirah, and legal procedures are being completed against them.
