He pointed out that the current investment volume in Ibri Industrial City amounts to one million three hundred and fifty thousand Omani riyals, and the number of projects localized in the industrial city has reached 13 projects serving various sectors, such as the oil and gas sector and its industries, the warehouses and logistics services sector, and light and medium industries of various types, in addition to manufacturing industries and materials. Construction, industrial workshops and foodstuffs.
He stated that Ibri Industrial City provides a number of services and incentives to investors in order to create an attractive and stimulating work environment for local and foreign investments, as it provides many facilities such as exemption from the rental value for a period of two years for all new projects and reducing the rental value for 3 consecutive years by 50 percent for contracts concluded during the period. From 2021 to 2024, in addition to reducing all fees listed in Appendix No. 1 of the investment regulations for investors by 50 percent for all new projects during the period 2021-2024.
