    Muscat: A boat engaged in an unlicensed tourist activity was seized in Oman

    In the statement Ministry of Transport, Communications & information Technology (MTCIT) said: The Judicial Enforcement Officer at the Directorate General of Maritime Affairs, in cooperation with the Coast Guard Police at the Royal Oman Police, was able to seize a marine unit that engages in an unlicensed tourist activity, which is in violation of the maritime law and regulations, and legal action was taken in this regard.

    The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology stresses the importance of operating marine units and ships according to the licensed activity.
