    Muscat: Ahlibank has successfully completed the Rights Issue

    In a disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange the company said: “We are pleased to inform that Ahli Bank SAOG has successfully completed the Rights Issue. The Bank’s issue of 400,000,000 shares was oversubscribed by 1.44 times.

    As a result, the Bank’s paid-up capital has increased by RO 50 million to RO 244,965,746 from RO 194,965,746. We would like to thank the shareholders for their continued trust and confidence in ahlibank SAOG.”
