Muscat: The Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit confirmed the start of implementing the directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said and laying the foundations for launching an electronic platform dedicated to receiving complaints and suggestions in government institutions in 2025.

Hilal bin Abdullah Al Hinai, Director General of the Quality and Government Excellence Department at the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, said: The platform aims to improve the services provided by government institutions, enhance beneficiary satisfaction, and achieve the priorities of the vision, especially the priority of governance of the state’s administrative apparatus, resources, and projects.

He added that the platform keeps pace with government efforts towards digital transformation, as work methodologies and tools enhanced by artificial intelligence have been adopted for it, noting that this national platform is linked to 45 government service agencies, and is one of the enablers that will help agencies respond to beneficiaries’ requirements according to unified methodologies governed by controls and standards.
