    Muscat: Al-Anwar Investments announces to increase its capital by OMR 10 million through a Right issue.

    In a disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange said: Al Anwar Investments SAOF (AAI) would like to announce that its Board of Directors in its meeting held on 21st April 2022 has resolved to increase its capital by OMR 10 million through a Right issue. The additional capital shall be utilized to pursue new investments. The issue will be subject to obtaining final regulatory approval from regulatory authority.
