Al Dhahirah Governorate corner at the Muscat International Book Fair

Muscat: Al Dhahirah Governorate continues to participate as a guest of honor in the activities and events of the 28th Muscat International Book Fair, as the Governorate’s corner of the exhibition is full of various sections and daily programs throughout the days of the exhibition, which continues until March 2.

Ahmed bin Rashid Al-Marsoudi, Director of the Communications and Media Department in the Office of the Governor of Al-Dhahirah, pointed to the joint efforts made by various institutions and departments in Al-Dhahirah Governorate in order to highlight the largest amount of intellectual, cultural and scientific stock that the governorate enjoys, which contributes to introducing the various aspects and fields in the governorate, explaining that participation Al Dhahirah Governorate as a guest of honor at the Muscat International Book Fair is a great opportunity to focus on tourist attractions and investment opportunities in the governorate.

He added that the Al-Dhahirah Governorate Corner includes several exhibitions, such as the Permanent Historical Heritage Exhibition, an exhibition of art and photos inspired by heritage and history, in addition to displaying collectibles from the National Museum, and archaeological pieces discovered from Al-Dhahirah Governorate, in addition to the Scientific Innovations Exhibition specializing in college and university students’ projects, and an art exhibition. Fine art, in addition to a group of activities for children.

During the past few days, Al Dhahirah Governorate Corner programs included artistic and cultural activities, training workshops on scientific innovations and artificial intelligence, in addition to introductory presentations about the tourist, archaeological and heritage attractions that abound in Al Dhahirah Governorate, and investment and commercial opportunities available in the various states of the governorate.
