Muscat: Al-Fayha United Real Estate Development signs a management and operation agreement with Radisson International Group to operate the Park Inn Hotel Suites project in Bimma Village in Quriyat.

The tourism project contains 80 hotel suites with a private pool and direct views of the sea

The project is situated in a special location making the area a source of tourist and recreational attractions and a source of recreation.

Al Fayha United Real Estate Development Company revealed the launch of its tourism project, Park Inn for hotel suites, in Bimma village in the State of Quriyat, managed by the Radisson International Group.

During the ceremony, an agreement was signed between the Radisson International Group and Al Fayha United Real Estate Development Company, in order for the first to manage and operate the project, which will be a tourist destination in one of the most important villages in the Governorate of Muscat overlooking the Sea of ​​Oman. This came during a press conference held under the patronage of His Excellency Eng. Rida bin Juma Al Saleh, President of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and in the presence of Sheikh Saud bin Hamad Al Tai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Fayha United Development Company, the developer of the project, and a number of invitees and representatives of the media.

Furthermore, During the press conference, the project and its addition to the tourism sector were revealed. The project contains 80 hotel suites, varying between one and two rooms, with a private swimming pool.

In designing the project on modernity and many of the modern technical aspects that keep pace with the latest tourism systems in terms of the nature of the place, facilities, services and other aspects that ensure the creation of exemplary facilities with the highest specifications, taking into account that the project is sustainable and environmentally friendly, able to adapt to the requirements of all its stages.

The project also includes parking lots, a swimming pool, a hall for international restaurants and cafes, a bike path, and a place for fishing, surfing and hiking enthusiasts.

The project was chosen in the village of Bimma in the State of Quriyat due to its beaches with clear golden sand and its view of the Sea of ​​Oman to the east and it’s location that is near many tourist sites such as the village of Dabab, Fins, Hawiyat Najm Park, Wadi Deyqah, and its strategic proximity to Muscat, as well as from Wadi Al Shab. Hence, making the project attractive to tourists and residents and send the spirit of exploration, hiking and enjoying the scenic views, especially the view of the sea and sunrise and other advantages that make the project an attractive tourist destination.

Sheikh  Saud bin Hamad Al-Tai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fayha United Development Company, the developer of the project, said: I am pleased to reveal the Park Inn project for hotel suites in the village of Bimma in the State of Quriyat , which is the first tourism project in this distinguished place, in which the best modern designs were taken into account. A distinctive identity that provides many services, attracts tourists and visitors, and enjoys the picturesque beaches and sands, which give places in the village of Bimma many advantages and contribute to the recovery of the region, earning it more tourist attractions and providing job opportunities for Omanis.

His Excellency Rida bin Juma Al Saleh, Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said, “Such projects will contribute to the tourism and economic recovery and will provide various job opportunities for the members of the community. It will also serve the region in terms of tourism and economy. Undoubtedly, it will be a source of attraction for the region’s pioneers and enjoy the scenery.
