Al Firdaws Mosque worth RO 380k opened in Al Hamra
Al Hamra: Al Firdaus Mosque was opened this evening in the Wilayat of Al Hamra in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Saeed Al Mamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs.
The mosque was built at an estimated cost of 380,000 Omani riyals, on a land area of 2,743 square metres, with a building area of 1,650 square metres, with a capacity of 1,600 worshipers, a women’s prayer hall that can accommodate 100 worshipers, a multi-purpose hall, 13 bathrooms, two outdoor ablution units, and 5 commercial shops with their services in addition to the Imam’s residence.

This mosque will have a prominent role in reviving the area where it is located by holding Friday prayers, holding dhikr prayers, reciting the Qur’an, and giving religious and cultural lectures . “
