Jaalan Bani Bu Ali: The Al Hamidi Heritage Museum, which is considered one of the Omani traditional museums and one of the tourist attractions in the wilayat, was inaugurated today evening in the Wilayat of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali in the Governorate of South Al Sharqiyah, under the patronage of His Excellency Mohammed bin Humaid Al Ghabshi, the Wali of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali.
Humaid bin Saleh Al Hamidi, the owner of the museum, explained that the opening of this museum coincides with the summer tourism movement and the activities of the Al Ashkhara atmosphere forum, in order to highlight the traditional holdings that characterize the state for visitors.
The museum consists of several corners, including: a corner specialized in traditional weapons such as old swords and daggers, a corner for books and newspapers, and a corner for traditional Omani clothing, in addition to displaying a collection of pottery, coins and old coins.
