Al Mudhaibi Healthy City Signs MoU with UTAS

MoU Signed to Support Accreditation of Al Mudhaibi Healthy City

Al Mudhaibi:  Al Mudhaibi Healthy City, in the Governorate of North A’Sharqiyah, today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) to enhance cooperation in the exchange of expertise and scientific knowledge.

The memorandum stems from the cooperation framework between the World Health Organization (WHO) and Al Mudhaibi Healthy City, and comes in line with the requirements for the city’s official accreditation and the issuance of the international Healthy City accreditation certificate.

The MoU was signed by Sheikh Saud bin Mohammed Al Hinai, Wali of Al Mudhaibi, Chairman of the Health Committee and Chairman of Al Mudhaibi Healthy City, and Dr. Hafedh Said Abdullah Al Rahbi, Assistant Vice Chancellor of UTAS in Ibra.

The agreement reflects the importance of integrating efforts between Al Mudhaibi Healthy City and UTAS in Ibra to support scientific research, exchange expertise, qualify national cadres, and empower the community in a manner consistent with sustainable development requirements.
