RO 1.8m Road Projects Agreements Signed in Al Wusta Governorate

26km of Roads Planned Under New Al Wusta Initiative

Hima: A number of agreements related to enhancing road and infrastructure projects were signed today in Al Wusta Governorate as part of an initiative to strengthen partnership with the private sector across the governorate’s wilayats.

The agreements, valued at approximately RO 1.8 million, cover the implementation of road projects with a total length of 26 kilometres.

The agreements were signed on behalf of Al Wusta Governorate by Sheikh Ahmed bin Musallam Al Kathiri, Governor of Al Wusta, and on behalf of the private sector by representatives of the participating companies, in the presence of several officials from the governorate.

This initiative marks the first of its kind in Al Wusta Governorate and reflects the commitment to enhancing cooperation with the private sector, supporting infrastructure development, and achieving indicators of sustainable development in line with national priorities.
