Ambassador of Oman presents his credentials to president of Belarus

Minsk: Alexander Grigorievich Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, received today His Excellency Ambassador Hamoud bin Salem Al Tuwaih, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Russian Federation, to present his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Non-Resident Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Belarus, in the capital, Minsk.

Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to President Lukashenko and his wishes of health and happiness to him, and to the government of the Republic of Belarus and its friendly people for progress and prosperity.

His Excellency also expressed his thanks for the good feelings expressed by His Excellency towards the leadership and people of the Sultanate of Oman, stressing the Sultanate of Oman’s keenness to advance and develop bilateral relations in all fields for the common benefit of the two friendly countries and help achieve cooperation and stability in the international community.

The President of Belarus entrusted His Excellency the Ambassador with his greetings and wishes to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq the Great – may God protect and protect him – and to the Omani people for continued progress and prosperity.

In his speech during the credentials presentation ceremony, His Excellency stressed that relations between the two countries are always characterized by a high level of mutual understanding, noting that the Sultanate of Oman is one of the most important partners of the Republic of Belarus in the Middle East, stressing at the same time the need to resume communications and cooperation.

His Excellency recalled his visit to the Sultanate of Oman, describing it as a wonderful country, and its people as well, expressing his readiness to continue constructive political dialogue and implement joint investment, logistical and industrial projects.
