Barka: The annual camel racing competitions, organized by the Oman Camel Racing Federation, continued at Al Fulaij Square in the Wilayat of Barka in the South Al Batinah Governorate for the second day in a row, with wide participation from camel owners and racers from various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.
The competitions witnessed the holding of 18 runs for the Laqaya category of the Bakkar and Qa’dan for a distance of 4 kilometers, in addition to two runs for the Ardha run for a distance of two kilometers, in which 550 camels and sitting camels participated.
