Ardha horse race kicks off in Mudhaibi

“Ardha” horse race held in Al Mudhaibi

Al-Mudhaibi: The Al Ardha horse race was held in the Wilayat of Al-Mudhaibi in the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate, on the Al-Rada track for traditional horse sports.

The event included presenting the skills of horse jogging with the participation of more than 50 horses, where the riders displayed their skills through speed and control of the horse in an aesthetic painting that reinforces the importance of this traditional sport among the people of the community. In addition, the event included a demonstration of horse hypnosis skills, the presentation of Humble and horse art, and a show. Skills of young riders from the state of Al Mudhaibi

. It is worth noting that horse racing events are held in the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi in various fields with the aim of preserving the local heritage, continuing preparations for local competitions within traditional horse sports supervised by the Omani Equestrian and Racing Federation, and highlighting the interest of members of the Omani community in raising horses, taking care of them, and teaching young people their arts and skills.
