    SME Development Authority issues decision regarding fees and financial considerations for its services

    Muscat: The Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (ASMED) issued Resolution No. 692/2024 specifying the fees and financial considerations for the services provided by the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority.

    Based on Royal Decree No. 107/2020 establishing the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, and Resolution No. 69/2017 determining the fees and financial consideration for the services provided by the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, and the approval of the Ministry of Finance, and based on what the public interest requires, It is decided

    Article 1

    The fees for issuing and renewing an entrepreneurship card are set at (5) five Omani riyals annually.

    Article Two

    The rental value of incubator offices for small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs during the incubation period is set at (3) three Omani riyals per square meter per month.

    Article Three

    Resolution No. 69/2017 referred to herein shall be cancelled, as shall everything that contradicts this resolution or conflicts with its provisions.

    Article Four

    This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from the day following the date of its publication.
