Aster Royal Al Raffah Hospital Muscat earned recognition across five specialties: Gastroenterology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics and Oncology, while Aster Al Raffah Hospital Sohar was recognised for its excellence in Gastroenterology.
The Best Specialized Hospitals Middle East 2026 rankings, developed by Newsweek in partnership with global data-intelligence firm Statista, spotlight hospitals that excel in six critical disciplines across seven Middle Eastern nations. The methodology evaluates institutions based on global peer recommendations, accreditation excellence, and the implementation of Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) – a key marker of patient-centric, outcomes-driven care.
