    Disclosure of Intent to Acquire Oman Bio products Company

    Muscat: Oman Flour Mills Company announces that its subsidiary, Atyab Investments Company, will acquire 100% of the shares of Oman Bio-Products Company, in which it currently owns a 33% stake.

    In a disclosure to muscat stock exchange the company said: “Oman Flour Mills Company (S.A.0.G) would like to disclose to our valued Shareholders, that Atyab Investments (LLC ) (its subsidiary) will acquire 100% of the shares of Oman Bio Products Company (S.A.O.C). in which it currently holds a 33% shares. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 27, 2024.

    Note that the Completion of the Acquisition deal remains conditional upon fulfilling the Agreed-upon Conditions between the parties. Oman Flour Mills will notify the Market upon full completion of the Transaction.”
