Muscat: The 4 start Avani Muscat Hotel, owned by Safari International Group, officially opened today in Al Khudh, the Wilayat of A’Seeb

The project, which costed RO 23 million, is managed by the global hospitality group Minor Hotels.

The hotel is built on a space of 20,000 square meters. It contains 206 hotel rooms, 45 apartments, a convention’s hall with a capacity of 700 people, several meeting halls and other facilities.

The opening ceremony was held under the auspices of Eng. Issam Saud Al Zadjali, Chairman of Muscat Municipality.

Eng. Issam Saud Al Zadjali affirmed that the hotel is considered an important project in the diversification of the tourism sector and alluring tourists from Oman and beyond.

On his turn, Ismail Yaqoob Al Toubi, Chairman of Safari International Group said that the strategic location and the quality services offered by the hotel will contribute to meeting the needs of visitors and residents in Oman.
