Bahla gets new drinking water bottling plant at a cost RO 2 million

Bahla: A new drinking water plant (Jabal Springs) – was inaugurated by the Taawun Investment Company – a consortium of entrepreneurs in the Wilayat of Bahla – in the Khumaila Industrial Area in the Wilayat of Bahla, at a cost of RO 2 million.

His Excellency Sheikh Hilal bin Saeed Al-Hajri, Governor of the Interior, the host of the inauguration, said: Private companies are trusted to find job opportunities at the governorate level to promote small and medium-level companies.

His Excellency confirmed that the governor’s office has future plans to expand and deliver services to the Khamila industrial scheme in the Wilayat of Bahla.

Khalil bin Ibrahim Al-Hinai,  the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Taawun Investment Company, said: The drinking water bottling plant, which was established in Khumaila Industrial Area, is located on an area of ​​21,000 square meters.

“The factory has a production capacity of about 24,000 bottles per hour, and these can be distributed to a number of governorates and states of the Sultanate of Oman.”
