

Oman lifts ban on catching Kingfish from today
Muscat: The Ministry of Agricultural Wealth, Fisheries and Water Resources announces the end of the ban on kingfish hunting for this year 2023, allowing its hunting and trading starting Monday, October 16.
The Ministry thanks the fishermen for their commitment during the ban period from August 15 to October 15; It emphasizes the importance of preserving the sustainability of kingfish, adhering to the use of rational fishing methods, and the minimum permitted length of 65 centimetres.
