    Muscat: Some parts of the country are likely to witness rainfall on Friday that may turn into thundery at times, the Oman Meteorology said.

    Met said: Partly cloudy to cloudy along the coast of Dhofar governorate and adjoining mountains with intermittent drizzle and chance of isolated rain occasionally thundershower

    Clear skies over rest of the governorates with high clouds advection and chance of convictive clouds development over Al Hajar Mountains and adjoining areas with chance of Isolated rain occasionally thundershower associated with fresh winds towards afternoon

    Chances of low-level clouds or fog patches along parts of the coastal areas of Arabian sea and Oman Sea

    Chance of dust rising over desert and open areas

    A Horizontal visibility might reduce during dust raising and Alert fog formation and rain
