Chief of Naval Staff of India visits Maritime Security Centre

Muscat: Admiral R Hari Kumar, Chief of the Naval Staff in the Republic of India visited today the Maritime Security Centre (MSC). He was accompanied during the visit by Rear Admiral Saif Nasser Al Rahbi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO).

Upon the guest’s arrival at the centre, he was greeted by the Acting Head of the MSC.

During the visit, the guest and his accompanying delegation were briefed on the tactical roles and tasks carried out by the centre in the safety of the Omani maritime environment. They also toured the MSC’s facilities and viewed its latest equipment and technologies used in carrying out its national duties.
