

Muscat: The Coffee and Sweets Expo, organized by the East Coast for Organizing Exhibition, was launched at Mall of Muscat, and will continue until next Friday evening.
The exhibition is filled with the participation of more than 20 participants specialized in coffee, sweets, and the development varieties and flavors that have been introduced to coffee and sweets.
Areej bint Mohsen bin Haider Darwish, a member of the Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Muscat Governorate and head of the Chamber’s Businesswomen’s Forum Committee, which sponsored the opening of the exhibition, expressed her admiration for the development and diversity she saw in the coffee and sweets products at the exhibition and the method of display, saying: “This indicates that there is a strong desire to Entrepreneurs have the ability to advance their projects to become great projects in the future.”
She stressed that the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Omani private sector institutions are considered among the bodies that support Omani entrepreneurs, through introducing and promoting them and contributing to exhibitions held inside and outside the Sultanate of Oman.
Khadija bint Mubarak Al-Battashiya, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the East Coast Exhibition Organizing Company, confirmed that exhibitions are an essential nucleus that contributes to activating ideas for entrepreneurial projects. They are also an essential factor for marketing and promoting commercial activities, and contribute to the requirements of the consumer’s need for the product.
She said that the exhibition sector is a driver of many other economic activities, such as tourism and commercial sectors, noting that the Coffee and Sweets Exhibition will contribute to introducing participants’ products to consumers and residents of the Sultanate of Oman.
