    • Company fined for failure to provide an Arabic Invoice: Oman’s CPA

    Muscat: Two establishment in North Al Batinah Governorate has been fined for failing to provide an invoice in Arabic and failing to provide service properly, according to the Consumer Protection Authority.

    In a statement Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) said: “Court ruling against two establishments for the manufacture of windows and doors in North Al Batinah Governorate

    The first establishment was convicted of failure to give an invoice in Arabic. The second establishment was convicted of failure to provide the service properly. The court ordered both of them to pay fines and imprisonment for the representative of the second establishment.”
