    Muscat: The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) has closed a commercial establishment specializing in travel and tourism in North Al Batinah due to the repeated complaints against it.

    In a statement CPA said: “Closing a commercial establishment specializing in travel and tourism pursuant to a judicial decision and temporarily halting its Activity in North Al Batinah. Due to the repeated complaints against it and its failure to respond to consideration due to its lack of commitment to transparency, credibility, and providing service to consumers according to what was agreed upon.”
