CPA said: “The Consumer Protection Authority received multiple complaints against a commercial establishment specialized in the travel offices sector Tourism in Muscat Governorate. Due to the establishment’s lack of response to the Authority and the continued complaints filed against it, the Authority took legal action and referred the case to the Public Prosecution. . Subsequently, a judicial order was issued to temporarily close the establishment and suspend its operations until the pending lawsuits are resolved”
