    Muscat: The Training and Skill Development Department at the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) organized a 3-day training program for ” Professional Management Skills” at CPA’s training hall.

    The program aimed to equip employees with management and behavioral skills, improve their office work performance, introduce them to the latest office management technologies, and develop their technical and management skills for increased organizational flexibility and modern office practices.

    Administration and documentation instructor Mr. Sulaiman Saleh Al-Rashidi led a training session covering a variety of topics, with an emphasis on introducing new concepts in office management and its role in enhancing administrative efficiency, emphasizing the importance of planning and organization in successful office operations, as well as the behaviors and professional skills required for successful office management and their critical role in enhancing interpersonal relationships and effective communication.

    He also covered how to get information required for decision-making and follow-ups, and exposed formal letters and correspondence.
