

Muscat: A commerical establishment has been temporarily shut down due to failure to respond to the CPA and continued complaints filed against it, according the the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA).
In a statement CPA said: “Temporary closure of two businesses activities for a commercial Due to the establishment’s failure to respond to the CPA and the continued complaints filed against it, CPA took its legal measures and referred the case to the Public Prosecution. After review, the Public Prosecution issued a judicial decision to temporarily shut down the establishment temporarily until a final decision is made at the cases filed against it.”
