Muscat: Oman’s Ministry of  Transport, Communication and Information Technology Award of Project to Galfar for value of OMR 9 Million to repair main Al Batinah Road damages caused by Tropical Cyclone Shaheen.

In the disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange, Galfar Engineering and Contracting said: We are pleased to inform our esteemed shareholders that the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology has awarded to Galfar the Main Works and Repair of Damages caused by Tropical Cyclone Shaheen at Al Batinah Highway. The value of this project is approximately 9 million riyals with execution period of 16 months including mobilization period.

The award of this project come within the national efforts aimed at handling the impacts of Tropical Cyclone Shaheen on the Main Al Batinah Road.

We take this opportunity to express our appreciation to Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology for the confidence vested on Galfar through award of this project.
