Cyclone Shaheen: No bus and ferries services from tomorrow, Mwasalat

Muscat: Oman’s public transport Mwasalat announced on Saturday , suspension of buses and ferries starting from Tomorrow Sunday, October 3, 2021 until further notice .

In a statement Mwasalat said: Mwasalat suspends its Buses and Ferries services in all governorates of the Sultanate, starting from Sunday, October 3, 2021. And continue operating city bus service in Salalah and ferry service for route (Shannah-Masirah).

Also Mwasalat said “This is in the best interests of “Mwsalat” to ensure the safety of passengers, since these service would be impacted by the exceptional weather conditions expected in the coming period.

“Mwasalat” confirms that it is following the developments of the tropical situation with the competent authorities, added in the statement.

The customers will be notified of any update on rescheduling of trips or the date of resumption of suspended routes on “Mwasalat’s social media channels, said in the statement.
