    • Deputy PM for Defence Affairs Receives Algerian Ambassador

    Muscat: At the Behest of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs received in his office at Al Murtafaa Garrison today Filali Ghouini, Ambassador of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Sultanate of Oman to bid him farewell at the end of his tour of duty.

    HH Sayyid Shihab thanked the ambassador for the efforts he exerted to enhance relations between Oman and Algeria, wishing him success in his future assignments.

    On his turn, the ambassador lauded the distinguished relations binding the two countries. He expressed his appreciation for the cooperation he received during his mission in Oman. – ONA
