Salalah: HH Sayyid Marwan bin Turki Al Said, Governor of Dhofar, performed the blessed Eid al-Adha prayer at Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Salalah.
A number of officials, sheikhs of the Dhofar Governorate, as well as a group of citizens and residents, performed the prayer alongside the Salalah.
The worshipers were led by Dr. Abd al-Rab bin Salem al-Yafei, an imam and preacher at the Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Salalah, who in the sermon congratulated the attendees on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha, explaining many meanings and lessons learned in solidarity, cooperation and mercy among Muslims, calling on Allah Almighty to preserve His Majesty the Sultan, and to restore this Happy occasion and blessings.
The governors of the states of Dhofar Governorate, performed the blessed Eid Al-Adha prayer in the Eid prayer halls in the governorate’s wilayats, in the presence of sheikhs, notables, citizens and residents.
