    Muscat: Driving a vehicle without holding the steering wheel is traffic violation in Oman

    In a statement Oman public prosecution said: Driving a vehicle without holding the steering wheel or failing to sit properly on the chair is a traffic violation under article 9 (English) of the Traffic Law’s Executive Regulation.
