Eid Al Fitr celebrations kick off at Al Amerat Park

Muscat: Eid Al-Fitr celebrations kick off at Al-Amerat Public Park, which is organized by the Muscat Municipality, will last for four days from 6pm to 11pm.

Visitors enjoyed the programs presented on the stage, especially the children’s category, where the artist Idris Al-Rahbi participated in presenting various links of Omani and Gulf songs accompanied by Al-Muna band. Theatrical sketches and various competitions for children were presented and instant gifts were given to them.

The audience also enjoyed the singing performances of the popular band “Al Masn’a Youth Band (Al Harijeh), and the entertainment activities for children that included horse riding and various rubber air games, which witnessed a turnout from children of all age, in addition to electric games and water games.

The food and luxuries corner also witnessed a distinguished presence of visitors, as the exhibits varied from popular and Arabic foods, refreshments, Omani dates, Omani honey, children’s toys and accessories, with the participation of home project owners, teams, and civil and voluntary associations.

The activities continue on its second day to enjoy the atmosphere of Eid al-Fitr amid the joy of children and families. The organizing committee continues to present a variety of activities that vary daily, especially the theater events, where a group of Omani bands participate in presenting various singing packages.
