Endowment Share Project Launched in Oman’s Manah

Manah: A project titled Al Sahm Al Waqfi (Endowment Share) was launched in the Wilayat of Manah in the Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah,.

The ceremony to lay the foundation stone of the project was held under the auspices of Dr. Mohammed Said Al Maamari, Minister of Endowments and Religious Affairs, in the presence of Sheikh Hilal Said Al Hajri, Governor of Al Dakhiliyah.

Eng. Ibrahim Mohammed Al Hajji, Head of Manah Charity Team, gave a speech in which he said that the project would enhance the team’s assets and develop its revenues.

Al Hajji said that the project is located on a commercial residential land in the centre of the wilayat on an area of 2,100 sqm at a cost estimated at 850,000.

The financial revenue after the completion of the project is estimated at RO 75,000 annually, he added. The minister laid the first building block of the project and opened one of the residential houses within the “Hujrat project”.  – ONA
