Muscat: As per Oman’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAAOMN) Circular (23/2021) dated 18 December 2021, please note the following requirements for all passengers arriving into the Sultanate of Oman, effective from 18 December 2021
Entry requirements for all passenger arriving in Oman.
Perform a PCR test before arriving at any airport in the Sultanate of Oman.
Register for a “Passenger Registration Card” on covid-19.emushrif.om 48 hours before your flight’s departure and upload your Covid-19 vaccination certificate (for vaccines approved in Oman) along with your PCR test report showing a negative result
If your “Passenger Registration Card” is incomplete upon arrival in Oman. It will contain a black strip-if this is the case you must proceed to the registration service counters to complete the necessary procedures to enter Oman.
Passenger who have completed all requirements can proceed directly to passport counters.
Important: You must carry printed copies of documents and present them to the appropriate authorities upon arrival in Oman
