    Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Tuesday arrested an Asian expatriate on charges of stealing gold jewellery and sums of money from two commercial stores in Oman’s Wilayat of Bahla.

    In a statement ROP said: “The Dakhiliyah Governorate Police Command arrested an Asian expatriate on charges of stealing gold jewelry and sums of money from two commercial stores in the Wilayat of Bahla, and legal procedures against him are being completed.”
