Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) was able to rescue an expat after car stuck in flooded wadi in Samail.
In a statement CDAA said: Rescue teams at the Civil Defense and Ambulance Department in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate managed to rescue an Asian who crossed with his vehicle a wadi stream in the Wilayat of Samail, and he is in good health.
