Muscat: Starting today the Sultanate’s schools are receiving their students in their new academic year 2021/2022 and it is expected that the number of students in government schools will reach 702,658 students and increase of 24,299 students over the last academic year.
The schools in Muscat received their students in a festive atmosphere, in line with the instructions of the health protocol.
In a statement ROP said online: With the beginning of new academic year, the Royal Oman Police is keen to facilitate and secure traffic and its flow on the roads leading to schools, in particular, to provide more traffic safety for children.
The Royal Oman Police is looking forward to everyone’s cooperation to facilitate the movement of vehicles and buses transporting students.
