Muscat: The first batch of the “Oxford-AstraZeneca” vaccine against Coronavirus arrived at Muscat International Airport this evening, within the framework of the contract concluded between the Sultanate and the International Vaccine Association.
A total of 139,522 people were vaccinated in the Sultanate, as of last Thursday, with the vaccines “Pfizer-BioNTech” and “Oxford-AstraZeneca”.
It is noteworthy that the Sultanate has contacted with the International Vaccine Federation to obtain one million doses that target 10 percent of the population.
