First batch of vaccinated residents arrives in Kuwait with new travel procedures

Kuwait International Airport on Sunday received the first bath of non-kuwaiti residents, only those who got two doses of Covid-19 vaccine are allowed to enter the country come into effect.

Non-Kuwaitis can enter the country after obtaining the approved vaccine in the state of Kuwait, provided that the vaccination certificates is uploaded on the MOH website & approved by the ministry and the “Immune” app should reflect the same in green color.

Limited number of incoming non-kuwaiti passengers who did not meet the conditions of approving the vaccination certificate were returned on the same flight.

DGCA appealed to all incoming non Kuwaiti passengers to make sure that they fulfill all required conditions before traveling to Kuwait

The approved vaccine in the state are Pfizer, AstraZeneca-Oxford and Moderna or a single dose of Johnson & Johnson are welled to enter the country and must adhere to the health authorities procedures. Reports KUNA.
