    Muscat:  The Royal Opera House Muscat (ROHM) will present a festival of traditional and heritage music entitled “Folk Music Festival”. The Festival will take place on 26 and 27 January 2023 at the Royal Opera House of Musical Arts.

    The Folk Music Festival is becoming an annual event which offers audiences a musical journey around the world with special guest countries invited to attend.

    The Festival celebrates the traditional folk music of each country, acknowledging the intrinsic value of preserving and sharing musical heritage, and, promotes artistic collaboration between nations.

    Audiences can enjoy the amazing spectacle of flamboyant costumes, elaborate dances, singing and accompanying musicians. The Festival is suitable for audiences of all ages.

    The festival will be held at the Maidan Al Bahri in the Royal Opera House of Musical Arts.
