    Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) have arrested four people on charges of stealing vehicles and number plates of other vehicles

    In a statement ROP said: “Muscat Governorate Police Command arrested a citizen and three Asians on charges of stealing vehicles and number plates of other vehicles, and completing legal procedures against them.”
