Washington: The G7 foreign ministers affirmed their support for extending the current truce in the Gaza Strip to increase aid and facilitate the release of all hostages.
In a joint statement, they called for making every effort to ensure that humanitarian support reaches civilians in the Gaza Strip, including food, water, fuel and medical supplies.
It is noteworthy that the Palestinian and Israeli sides have reached an agreement to extend the humanitarian truce in the Gaza Strip for two additional days, under the same previous conditions, namely the cessation of military operations and the entry of humanitarian aid.
